Market Analysis
It is necessary to deeply think about what is required to make lives better for others. Our goal is to create deep and lasting multi-generational change for Ugandans and their communities. By focusing on youth and setting them up for success, we believe we can make a real difference.
We know that simply throwing money at a problem won't work. Like a drop of water on a hot plate, it will quickly evaporate and leave nothing behind. Instead, we aim to offer a space with teachers and opportunities that allow Ugandan youth to see beyond their day-to-day struggles and envision a brighter future. To achieve lasting results, we must first fulfill basic needs by providing water, food, and access to healthcare. Only then can we begin to cultivate a growth mindset and inspire participants to embrace new opportunities.
Our programs aim to go beyond physical health and also nurture mental and emotional well-being. By taking a multi-faceted approach to youth development, we believe we can make a meaningful impact and create lasting change.

We do not need more stats to convince ourselves action is needed. We can measure the reality of Ugandan life in a hundred different ways and the conclusion will always be the same… most people live in sub-par conditions, most children grow up under sub-par conditions.
No people should go hungry. No children should go without education. No people should go without healthcare.
